anyone knows how to bust virtual memory because i play with all grafic on lowest but still have lag dam i have a weak computer

Is it windows XP or Vista? tell me more about your hardware!

I am computer technician + engineer

buy a better one?

Technically yes but considering that its not onboard gfx and GeForce 7300 LE he can boost it up a little which will make a little difference in FPS!

i had 512 ram on a amd athlon 1800+, nvidia mmx 440 se (256 ram) graphic card and worked ... not really good but worked
graphic lag killed me then and still kills me now after i gone on intel dual 2.5ghz, 1gb ram, winfast pc8500gt (nvidia) - 512 ram graphic ... but u need lots of tweaks and optimization to work fine
1. 1 partition just for windows and program files, no need to install all crapy bulshitt in program files
2. separate partition for vitrual memory (set 1.5xram)
3. performance set for "best performance"
4. a nice and silent av (i use nod32, but no firewall ... so no porn sites and shit ... didnt had a virus since 10 years ago)
5. not more than 3 app's on when u run cabal (included) - btw ym or other chat client fucks up when everybody logs in/out, change status or send messages
6. defrag weekly, clean cookies, history, temporary internet files, registry check - all in one ccleaner
...

1) first disable > run > MSCONFIG click "STARTUP" tab then uncheck items that you dont need to use when system is booting up ( that will get rid of some unnecessary processes = memory )

2) do disk defragmentation so computer puts most used system files for easier access and faster perfomance

3) disable XP index and some other graphical XP components which you will find on how to do it in google

Hmmm , 1 week ago i had 512 MB of ram and i played cabal on 800x600 , and refresh rate 60 ghz .
You have 2 options:
Buy 1Gb RAM to have 1,50 Gb of Ram like me and cabal will work perfect with all efects and all at maxim.
Or you can set off all efects from the game options.

If u close process i think you will not see the efects on the cabal , i tried too but no chance.

i put all my video settings to performance and incresed

it was 758 mininum i set to 2k
